No, not at all. This is a beginner flair course, designed to guide you from the very first steps to a solid foundation. Even if you've never held a shaker in your hand, this is the place for you!
Safety is our top priority. During the training, we use special, unbreakable plastic practice bottles, so you can master the moves confidently without risk of injury.
